    To Delete A Specific Data
    Press >>> soft key while the hi story data which you 
    want to delete  is displayed.
    Press  DEL soft key.
    To Add Call History Data To Local 
    Phonebook
    Press  Pbook  soft key or  Phonebook  Feature key 
    while the history data of the target party. Enter a desired name and then press 
    OK soft key.
    (In this example, “NEC ABIKO” is entered.)
    Note:
    If you want to exit from Call History, press  END
    soft key.
    Note:
    The Call Hisotry data stored on the system can
    be added to Phonebook (contorolled by the sys-
    tem) only. The data cannot be added to the Per-
    sonal Directory (described in  6.DIRECTORY
    OPERATION ) controlled by the telephone.

    This chapter explains about Personal Directory function
    of DT730 Series. By using Personal Directory function,
    the user can make a call with simple operation. 
    Personal Directory functi on can register up to 500
    entries. The user can add/view/edit/delete these
    entries.

    • TO FIND A REGISTERED DATA
    • TO MAKE A CALL FROM DIRECTORY
