    Youparkacallwhenyouwanttostorethecallsothatyouorsomeoneelsecanretrieveitfromanotherphone
    intheCiscoUnifiedCommunicationsManagersystem(forexample,aphoneatacoworker’sdeskorina

    •Dialthedirectedcallparknumber.
    •Pressthe(flashing)()toconnecttothecall.
    Hunt Groups
    Ifyourorganizationreceivesalargenumberofincomingcalls,youmaybeamemberofahuntgroup.Ahunt
    groupincludesaseriesofdirectorynumbersthatsharetheincomingcallload.Whenthefirstdirectorynumber
    inthehuntgroupisbusy,thesystemhuntsforthenextavailabledirectorynumberinthegroupanddirects
    thecalltothatphone.
    Whenyouareawayfromyourphone,youcanpreventhuntgroupcallsfromringingyourphonebylogging
    outofhuntgroups.
    Tips
    •Loggingoutofhuntgroupsdoesnotpreventnonhuntgroupcallsfromringingyourphone.
    •Whenloggedin,theHuntGroupbuttonislit.
