The following methods to register are available:

    							RegisteringFax/TelephoneNumberofRecipientsBefore you can use the printer's directory, you need to register the recipients' fax/telephone numbers. Followthe procedure below to register the recipients' fax/telephone numbers.1.
Make sure that printer is turned on.

Select   FAX  on HOME screen.
Using the Operation Panel
The Fax standby screen is displayed.

Select  Functionlist , and then press  OK button.
The  Functionlist  screen is displayed.
4.
Select TELnumberregistration , and then press OK button.
5.
Select  Directoryregistration , and then press OK button.
The screen to select an ID number is displayed.

    							7.Select Recipient , and then press  OK button.8.
Select a registration method, and then press  OK button.
9.
Register recipients' fax/telephone number.
Register the recipients' fax/telephone number depending on the registration method selected.

recipient's fax/telephone number and name is displayed. Go to next step.

successively to all recipients registered to the group dial.1.
Make sure that printer is turned on.

Select   FAX  on HOME screen.

Enter group name.

Move cursor to entry field of group name.

Enter group name.
