PrintOptions...Opens the PrintOptions dialog box . Changes detailed printer driver settings for print data that is sent from applications. Stamp/Background...(Stamp...) PreviewIconShows the settings of the Tiling/PosterPrinting dialog box. You can check what the print result will look like. ImageDivisions Select the number of divisions (vertical x horizontal). As the number of divisions increases, the number of sheets used for printing increases. If you are pasting pages together to create a poster, increasing the number of divisions allows you to create a larger poster. Print"Cut/Paste"inmargins Specifies whether to print the words "Cut" and "Paste" in the margins. These words serve as guidelines for pasting together the pages into a poster. MarginSpecifies the width of the stapling margin. The specified width becomes the stapling margin from the center of the sheet. PageBorder Prints a page border line around each document page.Check this check box to print the page border line. PrintAreaSetupdialogbox When you perform duplex printing, the print area of the document becomes slightly narrower than usual. Therefore when a document that has small margins is printed, the document may not fit on one page. This dialog box allows you to set whether the page is to be reduced when printed so that the document fits in one page. Usenormal-sizeprinting Prints the document pages without reducing them. This is the default setting. Usereducedprinting Slightly reduces each document page so that it fits on one sheet of paper during printing. Select this setting when using automatic duplex printing to print a document with small margins. SpecifyMargindialogbox This dialog box allows you to specify the margin width for the side to be stapled. If a document does not fit on one page, the document is reduced when printed. Margin Specifies the width of the stapling margin. The width of the side specified by StaplingSide becomes the stapling margin. PrintOptionsdialogbox Makes changes to print data that is sent to the printer. Depending on the type of printer driver you are using and the environment, this function may not be available. DisableICMrequiredfromtheapplicationsoftware Disables the ICM function required from the application software. When an application software uses Windows ICM to print data, unexpected colors may be produced or the printing speed may decrease. If these problems occur, checking this check box may resolve the problems. Important

OrientationSpecifies the angle of rotation for the stamp. The angle can be set by entering the number of degrees. Negative values rotate the stamp clockwise. Note
IntensityAdjusts the intensity of the bitmap to be used as a background. Moving the slider to the right increases the intensity, and moving the slider to the left decreases the intensity. To print the background at the original bitmap intensity, move the slider to the rightmost position. Note
MaintenancetabDescriptionThe Maintenance tab allows you to perform printer maintenance or change the settings of the printer. Cleaning Performs print head cleaning.
