    There are several Consumables included in your machine. The machine will\
     inform you when you need to order a new 
    module and when to install it. See the Consumable information below to f\
    ind out more information.
    Drum Cartridges
    The Drum Cartridges will provide approximately 30,000 images. The machin\
    e display 
    and this documentation will enable you to successfully install the new c\
    artridges so 
    you do not have to wait for a service call.
    Toner Cartridges
    The Toner Cartridges can be loaded while the machine is running.  Suppli\
    ed with the 
    toner cartridge is the waste toner container.
    Fuser
    The fuser will provide approximately 200,000 prints or copies.
    Charge Corotron
    The machine display and this documentation will enable you to successful\
    ly install the 
    new Charge Corotron so you do not have to wait for a service call.
    Waste Toner Container
    The waste toner container will need changing after approximately 30,000 \
    prints or 
    copies at 6% area coverage.

    The Xerox 700 Digital Color Press has a variety of optional feeding and \

    1-drawer High Capacity Feeder (HCF/Tray 6) Information on the HCF (Tray

    The High Capacity Feeder (HCF) provides a 2000 sheet (8.5 x 11 in./A4\
    ) paper source.
    The 1-drawer Oversized High Capacity Feeder (OHCF) provides an alterna\
    tive to the 
    HCF. The OHCF feeds oversized stock up to 13 x 19 in./330 x 488 mm paper\
    .  The 
    drawer holds 2000 sheets.

    This output device provides a wide range of finishing options. 
    The Right Top Tray is used for stacked output, and can receive up to 500\

    sheets of paper.
    The Stacker Tray is used for offset and/or stapled output, and can hold \
    •
    up to 3000 sheets.
    Both trays can be used for hole punched output (optional).
    This output device provides a wide range of finishing options.  The Right Top Tray is used for stacked output, and can receive up to 500\

    sheets of paper.
    The Right Center Tray is used for offset and/or stapled output, and can \
    •
    hold up to 1500 sheets. Both trays can be used for hole punched output 
    (optional).
    The Bottom Finisher Tray is used for receiving saddle-stapled booklets.

    The Light Production C Finisher requires the Interface Module. Note The Interface Module (IM) acts as a communication device and paper 
    path between the printer and the Light Production C Finisher.

    5. 6. Tray 8 (Post-Process Inserter) is standard on this finisher and is use\
    d to 
    load paper that will be used as separators and covers.  Tray 8 holds a 
    maximum of 200 sheets.
    The Top Tray is used for stacked output, and can receive up to 500 sheet\
    s 
    of 20 lb./80 gsm paper.
    The Stacker Tray is used for offset and/or stapled output, and can hold \
    up 
    to 3000 sheets of 20 lb./80 gsm paper.
    Both the Top and Stacker Trays can be used for hole punched output 
    (optional).
    The Bottom Tray is the Optional 
    Booklet Maker Tray and is used for 
    receiving saddle-stapled booklets.
    The optional Folder is used for C-folding and Z-folding of 8.5 x 11 in./\
    A4 
    output and 11 x 17 in./A3 media.

    Note
    The High Capacity Stacker (HCS) requires the Interface Module (IM). \
     The IM 
    acts as a communication device and paper path between the printer and th\

    HCS.
    Note
    The SquareFold Trimmer Module is an optional finishing device that is us\
    ed in 
    conjunction with a finishing device that contains a booklet maker.  The \
    booklet 
    is assembled and stapled in the booklet area of the finisher; therefore,\
     the 
    booklet enters the SquareFold Trimmer Module already assembled.
    The SquareFold Trimmer Module: Receives the booklet from the booklet maker area of the finisher,
    •
    Flattens the bookletspine, thereby reducing the booklet’s thickness a\
    nd 
    •
    giving it the appearance of a perfect-bound book, and
    Trims/cuts away the face (edge) of the booklet, resulting in a neat 
    •
    finished edge.
    The Interface Module and the Light Production C Finisher with Booklet Ma\
    ker 
    are required in order to use the SquareFold Trimmer Module. Note
    The High Capacity Stacker (HCS) is an optional finishing device that p\
    rovides 
    stacking and offsetting capabilities for output to a Stacker Tray.

    GBC AdvancedPunch
    The GBC AdvancedPunch provides another level of finishing options to you\
    r 
    output by allowing you to punch holes in 8.5 x 11 in./A4 documents which\
     
    support a variety of binding styles.  Punch types include 19-hole to a m\
    aximum 
    of 32-Hole for 8.5 x 11 in. media.  A4 media supports punch types 21-hol\
    e to a 
    maximum of 47-hole.

    Press the power switch to turn your machine on.  The entire 
    powering up process - to power on and complete a self test - takes 
    less than 3 minutes.  Certain functions of the machine, e.g. 
    copying,  will be available before other functions e.g. printing.
    Press the power switch to turn your machine off.
    If the Power Save  option is selected, the machine will 
    immediately enter low power mode.  If there are any jobs in the 
    queue, a second pop-up screen is displayed.

    The Billing Meters information is shown here.  Customers can 
    view the various billing meters, and machine serial number for 
    tracking purposes.
    The 
    Billing Meters  feature provides access to machine usage 
    and billing information.  The meters vary depending on your 
    machine configuration and setup.
    To access the Billing Meters:
    Touch the  Billing Information  tab.
    Billing Meters
    Select the Machine Status  button on the Control Panel.
