1.01 The Least Cost Routing Data Block (DLCR 
Program) defines the proper outgoing trunk based 
on the outside number that is dialed. LCR stores 
and examines the number dialed, checking the 
area and/or office codes. Based on this examina- 
tion and the time of day, LCR chooses the proper 
trunk from a programmed route table. The LCR
