To program your mailbox to automatically copy 
unheard messages
1. Dial [4] in the MAILBOX Menu; you receive the MAIL-
BOX OPTIONS Menu.
2. Dial [7] -- Auto-copy; you are transferred to the AUTO 
COPY Menu:

{DESTINATIO} or [1] to indicate the auto-copy 
destination, then enter the appropriate mailbox number;
