2 Executive set with expanded display BASIC CONCEPTS WHAT IS A MAILBOX? Every internal IMAGEN user is assi gned a mailbox for their own personal use. This is where the recorded messa ges you receive are stored. Each mailbox has a unique number (up to six di gits). Your mailbox number is usually the same as your extension number. MENUS A menu is a list of options. For example, upon enterin g the system at your extension, you receive the IMAGEN MAIN Menu: In some menus you both see and hear the list of options. If you do not make a selection within 5 sec- onds, the previous menu appears and/or is played. If a gain you do not make a choice within 5 sec- onds, you exit IMAGEN. You can access this menu from outside the system by dialin g the IMAGEN telephone number, given to you by the system administrator.
