3-2 DUPLEX MODULE If a duplex module is installed, printing onto both sides of paper can be performed. Two types of duplex modules are available: duplex module/bypass tray and duplex module. DUPLEX MODULE 3-3 3 Loading paper in the bypass tray The bypass tray can be used for plain paper and special paper including labels. Up to 100 sheets of standard paper can be set. For paper types that can be used in the bypass tray, refer to page 2-3. 1Open the bypass tray. When setting A3, B4, 11x 17, 8-1/2 x 14 or 8-1/2 x 13 paper, be sure to extend the bypass tray extension. 3-5 3 MAIL-BIN STACKER The mail-bin stacker has 7 mail bins which can each be designated to receive printed output from a user or a group of users . MAIL-BIN STACKER 3-6 Misfeed in the mail-bin stacker If a misfeed has occurred in the mail-bin stacker during printing, remove the misfed paper following the procedure below. 1Open the top cover. Move the tab in the direction of the arrow as shown in the illustration to open the top cover. 2Remove the misfed paper. Be careful not to tear the misfed paper during removal.
