DOOR PHONES The door phone interface module (DPIM) provides for connection of a door phone to a DLI port. Pressing the button on the door phone produces a distinctive ring (three short rings repeated) at the assigned station or station group. If not answered within a programmable time, the system releases the door phone and stops the ringing. Stations may call the door phone directly and monitor the surrounding areas.
