General Description
The OFF-HOOK ALARM feature is intended for emergency alert situations. A station user who remains off-hook
without dialing for longer than 30 seconds is automatically routed to theEMGkey on the Console or to a
predesignated station.
Operating Procedure

a message on the hotel printer or alert the Console that the call has exceeded a predetermined time.
