STEP 1:ANPDL - Assign 1st digit code (1st DC) and number of necessary digits (NND) for feature access and
cancel. CI = N (Normal).

General Description
This feature permits a user to answer any call directed to another line in his preset CALL PICKUP - GROUP by
using a programmable line/feature key.
