General Description
This feature permits any user to hold a call in progress by performing a switch hook flash and dialing a
preprogrammed CALL HOLD code, thus allowing that line to be used for originating another call or returning to a
previously held call.
Operating Procedure

This feature permits a user to answer any calls directed to other lines in the user’s preset CALL PICKUP - GROUP
by dialing a Pickup code.
