2.13Customer Data may be copied from one floppy diskette to
another for use as a backup source. When database copying
takes place, only Customer Data is copied, not the system software.
Thr! diskette to which the data is being copied must already contain

tenance logs as they occur, of SMDR and DATA SMDR reports as they
