4. HOW TO USE THE 
PROGRAMMING WINDOWS 
4.1 The database is divided up into “windows” that 
permit the programmer to view and change the system 
programming one section at a time. Each of the pro- 
gramming windows contains boxes and/or buttons for 
selecting and entering specific information. These in- 
clude: Text Boxes, List Boxes, Drop-Down List Boxes, 
Command Buttons, Option Buttons, and Check Boxes.

presented in alphabetical or numerical order, you 
can quickly move to the first item beginning with a 
specific letter or number by entering that character.
