1. Restart your computer.
2. After the computer has restarted, check the print queue.

• Windows Vista: On the  Windows taskbar, click Start, click  Control
Panel , and then click  Printers.
• Windows XP: On the  Windows taskbar, click Start, click  Control Panel ,
and then click  Printers and Faxes .
