Troubleshooting:BlackBerryHub Ihmnotreceivingmessages Try the following: tIf you recently changed an account password, make sure that you update the password in the Accounts settings on your BlackBerry device. On the home screen, swipe down from the top of the screen. Tap > Accounts. Tap an account. Make your changes. Tap Save. tCheck your network connection settings to make sure that your device is connected to a Wi-Fi or mobile network. If youhre not in a wireless coverage area, you should receive messages when you return to a wireless coverage area. tIf youhre connected to a mobile network, check that data services are turned on. On the home screen, swipe down from the top of the screen. Tap > NetworksandConnections > MobileNetwork. Make sure the DataServices switch is turned on. Icanonlyseeemailforthelast30days For some types of email accounts, by default, your BlackBerry device initially syncs email for the past 30 days. To change this setting, on the home screen, swipe down from the top of the screen. Tap > Accounts. Tap the email account. Tap . In the SyncTimeframe drop-down list, tap an option. Tap Save. Tip:You can turn on grid lines to help you center items in your picture or to make sure your picture is straight. To turn on grid lines, in the Camera app, tap > Settings. Turn on the DisplayGridLines switch. Turnonautofocuslock You can use the autofocus lock on your BlackBerry device to take multiple pictures and videos without having to wait for the focus to adjust between takes. When you lock the focus, the area of the screen that you selected remains in focus even if you move your device or the image in the viewfinder changes. Touch and hold the area on the screen that you want to lock the focus on. Theicon appears in the focus box when the focus is locked. To unlock the autofocus lock feature, tap anywhere on the screen. TurnoffFaceDetection By default, the Face Detection feature on your BlackBerry device is turned on.
