Disassembly and Unit Replacement4-214.5.9Removing the Touchpad The touchpad is connected to the top cover. Follow these steps to remove the touchpad assembly: 1.Peel off the mylar. 2.Remove the three screws and disconnect the touchpad cable (J2), then remove the touchpad main sensor and connector unit. 3.Lift up and remove the touchpad. 4.
