Loading Documents to be Faxed Documents may be loaded into the Voice Connection system from a FAX machine or by copying the files directly from a floppy disk. Receiving Faxed Documents from a FAX machine 1. Create a FAX mailbox. 2. Edit the FAX mailbox just created. 3. Enter the name for this mailbox in the Name text box. 4.
