Up to two delivery lists can be established.Setting up an External Message Delivery List lets you send the same message to several people outside of the system with a single operation. Up to 2 lists can be maintained at the same time, and each list can contain up to 8 members. The System Administrator or the System Manager must authorize this feature before it can be used. Any digit on the telephone keypad can be used. Enter the telephone number and wait. To insert a pause or special command, enter the partial number and wait for the options menu.
