Service Conditions
1. Stations in ROOM CUTOFF mode that attempt to access C.O. lines will be routed to a reorder tone
connection, the Console, or an announcement on a system-wide basis.
2. Stations in ROOM CUTOFF mode may be able to place outgoing C.O. calls via the Attendant, depending
on the restriction data assigned via the MAT.

Guest room calls are completed in the same manner as calls to ordinary stations.
