General Description
This service allows a Dterm user, upon encountering a trunk busy signal, to enter a first-in, first-out queue.
Operating Procedure
Without LEAST COST ROUTING - 3/6-DIGIT [L-5]:

General Description
This feature allows a user to call the Attendant or a predetermined station by simply staying OFF-HOOK. The
calling number is automatically displayed at the ATTENDANT CONSOLE [A-3] or a Dterm series with a display.
