Printing, Saving, and Displaying Reports
W hen you generate a report, you can either print it, sav e it to disk, or display it onscreen.
Printing a report allows you to print the report to a printer. Sav ing a report to disk allows
you to sav e the report electronically so you can easily store it or send it to someone else.

4.  To sav e the report to disk, click Disk. A file destination dialog box displays.
 
5.  Enter the driv e and destination where you want to sav e the report. If you want to
sav e the report on disk, place the disk into the disk driv e. For example, if you want
to sav e the report as REPORT1.TXT on the A: disk driv e, type A:\REPORT1.TXT

  To generate the Mailbox Quick List report, select Mailbox Quick List from the Reports

·  Total time the mailbox was used during the current and prev ious months
