Generating and Interpreting Reports
This chapter prov ides information on generating nine different reports that help you
monitor subscriber mailboxes, system configuration, and network messaging. You can
generate the following reports:

Printing, Saving, and Displaying Reports
W hen you generate a report, you can either print it, sav e it to disk, or display it onscreen.
Printing a report allows you to print the report to a printer. Sav ing a report to disk allows
you to sav e the report electronically so you can easily store it or send it to someone else.

4.  To sav e the report to disk, click Disk. A file destination dialog box displays.
 
5.  Enter the driv e and destination where you want to sav e the report. If you want to
sav e the report on disk, place the disk into the disk driv e. For example, if you want
to sav e the report as REPORT1.TXT on the A: disk driv e, type A:\REPORT1.TXT

  To generate the Mailbox Quick List report, select Mailbox Quick List from the Reports
menu. W hen the Reports dialog box displays, select the appropriate options, then click

·  Total time the mailbox was used during the current and prev ious months

  Personal Operator – Displays the personal operator mailbox number where callers are
routed when they request to speak to an operator when the extension is busy or not
answered.
  Cur Column – Displays mailbox usage for the current month, or since the mailbox
statistics were cleared.
