For Manual Mode, you need to have an extension phone connected to your FAXPHONE. See p. 13. 656 Fax Only Mode Receiving documents Receiving documents in Fax Only Mode ________ When the FAXPHONE is set up for a dedicated line, it automatically receives documents whenever a call comes over the fax line. The FAXPHONE cannot receive automatically if you are making copies, printing reports, or registering information. See p. 68.
