When the selected PiP window is visible, to make this window not visible, uncheck the check boxVisible next toStatus. When the selected PiP window in not visible, to make this window visible, check the check boxVisible next toStatus. When a window is not visible, the outline of the window remains visible in the Layout preview but the background color becomes transparent. The projector’s memory contains a list of files corresponding to the most used sources. When the source corresponds with one of thesefiles, the file can be loaded and saved for future use. When there is a little difference, thefilecanalsobeloaded and then edited until the source specs are reached. Types of sourcefiles When opening the list of sourcefiles, you will recognize 2 types of sourcefiles: • system sourcefiles (default available in the projector’s memory) • custom sourcefiles The custom sourcefiles with the same name of the system sourcefilesareindicatedwithaindexnumber between brackets. (image 8-13) TheLoad(fit) dialog box opens (b). Only the bestfittingfiles are displayed. Files with a digit between brackets are custom sourcefiles. All others are standard sourcefiles. 3. Select afile from the list (c). 4. ClickOpenorSelectto load the selectedfile (d). When a standardfile is selected or a not exactly matching customfile, Projector Toolset will ask to create a new customfile by copying the settings of the selectedfile into the customfile. 5. If the value is wrong, sampling mistakes (small vertical bars in the projected image) will be seen in the image. •Active horizontal pixels: determine the width of the window on the screen. This value is normally given inthesourcespecifications. If not, adjust until full image height is displayed (no missing lines). •Horizontal start in pixels: number of pixels between the beginning of the input signal and the start of the video information in the signal. •Total vertical pixels: total vertical pixels in the source. •Active vertical pixels: number of vertical pixels determining the height of the projected image. This valueisnormallygiveninthespecifications of the source. If not, adjust until full image height is dis- played (no missing lines) •Vertical start in pixels: number of pixels between the start of the input signal and start of the image on the screen. • Horizontal period in nanoseconds. How to edit 1. Selectfirst a window. 2. Click onAdjust.(image8-16) TheInputdialog box is displayed. The current used inputfile is indicated next toActive inputfile. 3. When closing theInputdialog box, Projector Toolset asks to save the changes. 8.6.5 Save changes on an inputfile What can be done? Once a loadedfile is changed, the settings can be save in the samefile. When changes are made in theInputdialog box and when closing this box withoutfirst saving, the software asks to save the settings anyway. The save is executed on the projector. For direct save 1.
