2.Using both hands, lift the Upper Unit to open it. 3.Using one of the Green Levers on each side of the Fuser Door, lift the Fuser Door to locate the jammed paper. WARNING Do not touch any part of the Fuser Door except the green lever. Components are hot. Take care not to get your fingers caught. 4.While holding the Fuser Door open, pull the jammed paper out the back. NOTE Take care not to tear the paper.
