ON HOLD ACCESS 
Description 
To retrieve calls on hold, a user can either press the line key (if the line 
appears at their Set), or dial 6. Calls can be retrieved off-hook or on-hook. 
Pressing the 6 key will retrieve calls in the order that they were placed on 
hold at the station (oldest to newest). 
Conditions 
l Any available number of outside lines can be placed on hold at 
the same time, but only one internal station can be placed on hold at a time.
