An Overview of Toll Restrictions The DBS Toll Restriction Service (TRS) allows you to set restrictions on outgoing calls. For example, TRS can prohibit long-distance calls and prevent after-hours calls. TRS can also minimize non-business calls and reduce phone bills by permitting only long- distance calls over designated trunks.
