When you add a mailbox to CallPilot Manager, the password 0000 is assigned. This is the default password. To use a mailbox, a mailbox owner must change the default password. When a mailbox is deleted, all messages stored in that mailbox are deleted and the mailbox is deleted automatically from the Company Directory and all Group Lists. Before you add Group Lists, prepare a group mailbox member list.
