This flashing state c orresp onds to Error Codes 769 and 770 from the Hard ware Error Log and ind icates a failure of Test #238. These error cod es are usually ac c ompanied by Error Cod e 1281 (no Exp ansion Interfac e or Switc h Nod e Interface detected on op p osite end of fib er). This condition may b e c aused by the ab sence of the neig hb or Exp ansion Interfac e or Switc h Nod e Interface circuit p ac k, a b roken or missing fiber, or a missing lig htwave transc eiver on either end p oint (Exp ansion Interfac e or Switch Nod e Interface c irc uit p ac ks). When the SRP is in Survive mode, this flash rate at the Release 7r EI/SNI circ uit pac k is normal, b ecause the TN2301 puts the fib er into loop around b ac k to the Release 7r. 0.1 second 0.1 sec ond In Frame-No Neig hb or 2 2.
