    For eac h telep hone b utton (0–9) that is not the same as the first d ig it of the switc h 
    extensions (assuming  this attend ant is set up to g o to a g iven extension), list the 
    transfer extension. To go to an extension that b eg ins with the same d ig it as the 
    b utton, enter e
    . For eac h extension, ind ic ate whether the c aller should  b e 
    transferred  normally (T), should  hear the sub sc rib er’s c all answer (CA), or should  
    hear the system g uest g reeting  (G). Also for eac h extension, inc lud e a 
    descriptive comment.
