DEFINITY AUDIX Planning In p lanning and imp lementing a DEFINITY AUDIX installation, the c ustomer and Luc ent Tec hnolog ies emp loyees must c oord inate their efforts for the need s assessment/c ontrac t, p re-installation, installation, and post-installation ac tivities. The following chapters c ontain an overview of the tasks that must be performed d uring eac h of these p hases. Throug hout the imp lementation p roc ess, the Luc ent Tec hnolog ies p rojec t manag er should b e the c ustomers sing le p oint of c ontac t. If the c ustomer need s assistanc e with the DEFINITY AUDIX system after the c utover is c omp lete and the system is ac c ep ted, the c ustomer should c ontac t the ap p rop riate servic e org anization: nCustomers in the U.S. should c ontac t the TSC at 1-800-242-2121. nCustomers outsid e the U.S. should c ontac t their COEs. The c hec klist is d esig ned to help all p arties involved c oordinate their p lanning and imp lementation ac tivities. Where it is ap p rop riate, tasks refer to d oc uments that c ontain more detailed instruc tions or information.
