    IMPORTANT: 
    1. Customers connecting this equipment to the telephone network 
    shall, before such connection is made, give notice .to the 
    telephone 
    company of the particular 
    line(s) to which such 
    connection is to be made, 
    and shall provide the telephone 
    company with the following information: 
    - FCC Registration Number, BE287V-13275-MF-E 
    - Ringer Equivalence Number, 0.8A 
    - Type of jack to be ordered from the telephone 
    company, 
    RJ-21X or RJ-14C 
    The telephone company should also be given notice upon final 
    disconnection of this equipment from the particular line(s). 
    It is also the responsibility of the customer to provide the 
    telephone company with registration numbers of any other 
    devices which are configured for connection to the telephone 
    network. 
    2. It is prohibited by the telephone company to make connections 
    to party lines or to a coin telephone service. i 
    3. 
    Under certain circumstances the telephone company may tempo- 
    rarily discontinue service and make changes in facilities and 
    services which may affect the operation of this equipment;

    WARNING: 
    This equipment generates 
    and uses radio frequency energy and if 
    not installed and used properly, that is, in strict accordance 
    with the manufacturers instructions, 
    may cause interference to 
    radio and television reception. It has been type tested and 
    found to comply with the limits for a Class A 
    computing device in 
    accordance with the specifications in Subpart J of Part 15 of FCC 
    Rules, which are 
    designed to provide 
    reasonable 
    protection 
    against such interference 
    in a residential installation. 
    How- 
    ever, there is no guarantee that interference will not occur in a- 
    particular installation. 
    If this equipment does cause inter- 
    ference to radio or television reception, which can be determined 
    by turning the equipment off and on, 
    the user is encouraged to 
    try to correct the interference by one or more of the following 
    measures: 
    - Reorient the receiving antenna 
    - Relocate the computer with respect to the receiver 
    - Move the computer away from the receiver 
    c - Plug the computer into a different outlet so that 
    computer and receiver are on different branch circuits.. ., 
    If necessary, the user should consult the dealer or an experi- 
    enced radio/television 
    technician for additional suggestions.
