4.4 Conducting Measurement 4 - 28 4.4 Conducting Measurement First create a calibration curve, and then proceed to sample measurement. (1) Click , select the Standards tab and make sure standards have already been defined. (Refer to 4.2.4.) Click the button or button to also confirm that the samples have already been defined.
