4.5  Printing Data  
 
Printout can be provided even when the function for automatic 
printout after measurement is not used.    The following two 
procedures are available.   
 
(1)  Select the Print command from the File menu.    Or click the   
        print button on the toolbar.    The field active on the 
data processing window (e.g., (b) in Fig. 4-25) will be 
printed.    What is displayed by clicking the Print Preview 
command in the File menu will be printed.

(2)  Select the Report command in the Data menu.    Or click 
the     button on the toolbar.  The Print Preview window 
will appear.    So click the Print button.    Select the items to 
be printed at the Report tab with the Properties command 
chosen in the Edit menu.    The measuring parameters will 
also be printed.

4.6    Remeasuring Standard Data and Sample Data   
 
Standard data and sample data can be remeasured at the mid-
point of a series of measurements or after it.     
For remeasurement, implement the following procedure.   
 
(1)  Open the monitor window after completion of measurement.   
 
(2)  Click the data to be remeasured.

(3) Click Remeasure or select the Remeasure (E) command 
from the Spectrophotometer (S) menu.    The dialog box in 
Fig. 4-38 will open....

4.7    Manual Input of Standard Data   
 
The standard data can be input manually.    This function is 
usable after measurement of standards.    Either select Standard 
(T) from the Edit menu of monitor window or click the          button.   
A window as in Fig. 4-39 will appear.    So enter values in the 
Data column.    After entry, click the OK or Update button.   
Then, the calibration curve is recalculated and displayed.

4.8    Measurement Using Saved Calibration Curve   
 
Call a calibration curve in the following way.   
 
(1)  Set measurement mode in Photometry.   
 
(2)  From the File (F) menu, select the calibration curve load 
command.    A window as shown below will appear.     
Select the file of the calibration curve to be used.

(3)  When selecting the file, the window as shown in Fig. 4-41

(4)  Edit a sample table.   
 
(5)  Set a blank sample to carry out auto zero.   
From the Spectrophotometer (S) menu, select the Auto 
zero (Z) command.  Or click the     button.  
 
(6)  From the Spectrophotometer (S) menu, select Scan (S) 
command.  Or click the     button on the toolbar. 
 
(7)  Set and measure a sample.

5.  3-D SCAN 
 
 
5.1  Flow of Operation 
 
This section explains the parameter setting and operating 
method for 3-D Scan.   
For using the 3-D Scan mode in the Model F-2500, the optional 
‘3-D Scan program’ needs to be installed.

5.2    Creating an Analysis Method   
 
Set the analytical conditions (method) prior to measurement.     
 
(1)  From the Edit menu, select the Method command or click 
the     button.  The dialog box shown in Fig. 5-2 will 
appear.

(2)  Set the analysis method on this window.    For details of
