Deleting a Group Number Press  Directory  (
 ) in the operator panel.

About Sharing the Printer on a Network
Locally-shared Printer
You can connect the printer directly to a selected computer, which is called the host computer on the
network. The printer can then be shared by other users on the network through a Windows 2000, XP, Server
2003, Server 2008, Vista, 7 or Server 2008 R2 network printer connection.

Point and Print
This method is the best use of system resources. The print server handles driver modifications and print job
processing. This lets network clients return to their programs much faster.
If you use the Point and Print method, a subset of driver information is copied from the print server to the
client computer. This is just enough information to send a print job to the printer.
