Importing/ExportingE-MailAddressBookYou can import an e-mail address book saved on a USB flash drive, or export the e-mail address book saved on the printer to a USB flash drive. Importing E-Mail Address Book Exporting E-Mail Address Book ImportingE-MailAddressBook Follow the procedure below to import the e-mail address book. 1. Make sure printer is turned on. 2. Flick HOME screen and tap Scan . Using the Operation Panel The screen for selecting to which you save the data is displayed. 3. Insert USB flash drive into USB flash drive port. 4. Tap AttachtoE-mail . 5. Tap E-maildirectlyfromdevice . 6. Tap Edite-mailaddressbook . 7. Tap Importe-mailaddressbook . 8. Check message that is displayed and tap Yes.
