7 - 3 AUTO DIAL NUMBERS AND DIALING OPTIONS Setting Up Groups for Broadcasting Groups allow you to send the same fax message to many fax numbers by pressing only one One Touch key (Broadcasting) and Start. First, youÕll need to store each fax number as a One Touch or Speed Dial number. Then, you can combine them into a Group. Each Group uses up a One Touch key. Using the Broadcast key, you can include up to 16 (FAX 2600), 8 (MFC 4600) One Touch locations, up to 30 Speed Dial locations, and up to 50 manually dialed numbers (maximum of 96 (FAX 2600) or 88 (MFC 4600) locations if you did not use up any locations for Groups, access codes or credit card numbers). If you are dialing overseas, you can press Redial/Pause as many times as needed to increase the length of the pause.
