Createapriorityrule You can create a rule so that messages that are sent from specific accounts, or with a specific subject, or with other specific criteria are sent to your BlackBerry Priority Hub. You can also set a Level 1 alert for specific messages so that you receive a custom notification when these messages are sent to you. 1. Tap > > PriorityHub . 2. Tap . 3. Do any of the following: t To add a name to your rule, enter a name in the FilterName field. t To choose the account that the rule applies to, select an account in the Account drop-down list. t To flag messages from a specific email address as priority, enter an email address in the From field. t To flag messages sent to a specific email address as priority, enter an email address in the Sentto field. t To flag messages with a specific subject as priority, enter a subject in the Subject field. t To flag messages that are sent directly to you or that you are CCed on as priority, select the Sent DirectlytoMe or the Cc:toMe checkbox. t To flag messages with a specific importance as priority, in the Importance drop-down list, select an option. t To set a Level 1 alert for your rule, select the EnableLevel1Alert checkbox. 4. Tap Create . Note: Level 1 alerts override the existing notification settings. When you set Level 1 alerts, you are notified of Level 1 messages by a custom ring tone. The BlackBerry Hub displays Level 1 messages in red. To change your settings for Level 1 alert notifications, tap Level1AlertsNotificationSettings. TurnofftheBlackBerryPriorityHub 1. Add or choose a recipient for your message: t For email, type a contact name or an email address in the To field. You can tap suggested contacts that appear below the To field to quickly add them to the message. t For Facebook, Twitter, or LinkedIn messages, type a contact name in the To field. t For text messages, type a contact name or a phone number. t For BBM and other chat messages, select a contact from the list. 4. Syncallemailfromafolderonyourdevice If you use a desktop email application like Microsoft Outlook to file email into folders, your BlackBerry device doesnht automatically download copies of that email. You can have filed email readily available on your device by syncing an email folder. 1. In the BlackBerry Hub, tap the drop-down list at the top of the screen. 2. Touch and hold a folder. 3. Tap . Flagamessage When you flag messages, they appear in BlackBerry Remember, so that you can add due dates, tags, voice notes, and other files to them. 1. ManageyourmessageswithBlackBerryHubInstantActions BlackBerry Hub Instant Actions allow you to quickly triage messages, conversations, and events in the BlackBerry Hub. In the list view, you can mark messages as read or unread, and file, flag, or delete messages. You can also accept or decline meeting invitations without having to open them. If you make a mistake while managing messages, you can tap Undo to cancel the last change.
