Helpful Hints Using Log Viewer When using Log Viewer, keep in mind the following information: n n nWhen the Log Viewer window is open, select the Refresh option from the View menu to make sure you are viewing all of the entries you have specified. If you make or receive a call while the Log Viewer window is open, that entry will not be displayed in the Log Viewer. The Refresh option insures that all relevant entries are displayed. Using Log Viewer Tasks This section describes the tasks that you will use with the Log Viewer. Deleting Entries from the Call Log To delete entries from the call log: 1.Select the entries that you want to delete from the Log Viewer window. If you want to select all of the entries in the Log Viewer, select Select All from the Edit menu.
