AT&TSet Menu Bar Options
AT&TSet provides the following options in the menu bar:

This section describes the options contained in each AT&TSet menu.
File
The File menu contains the following options:

New
Enables you to create a new AT&TSet file for MLS-6, MLC-6, MLS-12, MLS-
12D, MLS-18D, MLS-34D, or standard telephones. When selected, this option
presents the current programming of your telephone. If you selected a
telephone type that has more buttons than your telephone, you will notice
additional blanks buttons in the new file. If you select a telephone type that has
fewer buttons than your telephone, you will notice that some buttons were
deleted. The window title displays AT&TSet...

Read from Telephone...
Accesses and displays the current programming of your telephone.
Print Setup...
Displays the Windows printer setup window, enabling you to modify the printer
settings (for example, printer type).
Print Labels...
Prints the features programmed on the buttons in a format that is consistent
with the set labels.
Print Speed Dial List...
Prints the number to be dialed and the associated label for each speed dial
code programmed.
Exit
Closes the AT&TSet application.

Enables you to change the label for a button.
Extension Name...
Enables you to program the Extension Name for the extension. This option can
only be used on PARTNER II Release 3.1 and PARTNER PLUS Release 3.1
systems. However, you can have the Extension Name for the print out of
labels for other releases.
Personal Speed Dial List...
Enables you to program your Personal Speed Dial List. Personal Speed Dial
Lists are not available on PARTNER Release 3.0.

Skip Button When Programming Phone
Instructs the system not to program the selected button in the file to the
associated button on the telephone when the Write to Telephone option is
selected from the File menu.
Use All Buttons
Instructs the system to program all of the buttons in the file to the associated

the File menu.

Using Log Viewer
What Is Log Viewer?
Log Viewer is an application that enables you to view entries that are stored in
the PassageWay call log. The call log stores a record entry of the following
calls:
n
nEvery call you make from the Dial buttons of a card or Quick Dials in an
AT&TCall file. The call log does not store entries of calls you make from
your telephone directly or from the Dialpad window in AT&TCall.
All incoming calls or only the incoming calls you answered (depending
on how you set the Call...

The call log can store a maximum of 8,000 entries. When this maximum is
reached, the oldest call entry (that is, entry 1) is overwritten by the newest
entry (that is, entry 8001 ). Each call log entry consists of the following
components:

nthe primary and secondary labels of the card associated with the call.
(For incoming calls, you only get this information if AT&TBuzz is running
in Match to AT&TCall File mode, and a match exists between the Caller
ID...
