    5. Replace the  handset or press the ON/OFF button.

    3. Dial the desired  code:

    [8] =  Busy
    [9] =  Busy/No  An swer

    Retri eving Voice Messages
    To  enter the  Voice Mail system to check for mail:
    Di al  th e Voi c e M a il  gr oup nu mber,  or  pr es s t he 
    pre-programmed VM GROUP flexible  button  or  flashing 
    MESSAGE WAIT button . You  will  im mediately b e 
    pr ompt ed  to  ent er  t he  pas sword  for  your  ma il  box.
    Voice Mail Transfer wit h ID
    Whi le  on  a cal l  and  th e d ist an t e nd  wis hes  t o le av e a  Voi ce 
    Message for a VM user:
    1. At  t he  in it ia ti ng s ta ti on,  pre ss  th e T R A NS  butt on.
    2. Di al  th e Voi c e M a il  Gr oup nu mber  or  p re ss  the  
    pre-programmed VM GROUP flexible  button.
    3. Di al  the  VMI D (Mai l  Box  locat i on) of t he  des ir ed  par t y and  
    go on- hook.
    The system then makes the  connection to  an  available 
    Voi c e  M ail  p or t  and s end s t he  Leav e M a il  P re fi x (i f a ny ) +  
    the digits dialed  as  the VMID  number  +   the Leave Mail 
    Suffix  digits (if  any).  The system then cuts through the 
    transferred caller.
