The cal l is automati ca ll y tr ans fer r ed to t hat d est i nat ion. 4. You can then return to the call placed on hold. PBX/ CENTREX Transfer While connected to an outside line (PBX/Centrex): 1. Screened Transfer While conne cte d to a n outside line: 1. Press the station button where call is to be transferred (if progra mmed on your telephone), or pres s the T RANS but ton and dia l st ati on numbe r. The called extension signals according to the intercom si gnal sw it ch pos it ion .

If the station is unavailable, press another station DSS button to e nte r a new sta tion numb er or pre ss the TRANS but ton twi ce and dia l the s tat i on numb er. 3. When called station is answered, hang up; transfer is complete. Unscreened Transf er Whe n th e called e xtens ion b egins to signa l, h ang up to transf er the ca ll (recall timer beg ins counting ). Whe n t he fea tur e is ena bl ed, the fl ex ibl e but ton LED is lit solid and the name and number is displayed. Dur ing th e ca ll : Press the flexible button to view normal call information. The top line of the LCD displays the number of the caller and the bo tt o m l ine o f t he LC D di sp lays t he name .

Answering a Camp-On If you a re on a conne cte d call, he ar one burs t of mute d ringing, and your CAMP-ON button is f las hing, y ou hav e a call waiting for you. To answe r: 1.
