    Selecting  a Custom Message

    display on  your phone when ca lled.  A  confirma tion

    3. Replace the  handset or press the ON/OFF button.

    1. Dial the Message Access code [633]+[00].
    2. Repl ace  hand se t  or p re ss  ON /O FF  but ton .

    3. Enter the  date/time by using the buttons on  the key  pad 
    accord ing to Figure 1:  Dial-By- Name Key Pad Map and

    4. Press the HOLD  button  to enter the  message. A 
    confirmation tone  sounds and the  DND button  LED 
    fl ashe s.

    1. Program the C entrex or PBX cod e into a  Station or Sys tem 
    Speed Dial bin,  including hook-flash  (FLASH key),  [
    6], 
    and [#] commands  (ref er to “Storing S peed Numbers” on 
    page -56).

    “Flexible Button Programming” on  p a ge 3 4.)

    LCD prompts you for  a timer value as shown:
    2. Enter a three-digit timer  value  (006-999 seconds) for the

    confirma tion tone  sounds  an d you  go on- hook. T he 
    flexible button LED lights  steady.  When  the timer expires, 
    the station is signaled  via a  CO  line  queue indication  on

    Text Messaging (Silent  Response)
    This  fea ture  allows  you  to  use  te xt me ssa ges  to resp ond to a  
    caller  that  has  either Camped-On or has used the Off-Hook 
    Voic e  O ve r  fea tur e  to  al er t  a bus y s ta ti on us er  of  a wa it in g c al l 
    or message. The “camped-on” s ta ti on may  re spond  to t he c a ll er  
    via the  canned,  custom, and silent response text (LCD) 
    mes sag es.  Th e t e xt  mes sage s  appe ar  on  the  cal li ng  par ty  LCD  
    Di spl ay.
    While receiving  a Camp-On, or OHVO  call:
    1. Pr es s a  fl exi bl e  but ton pre-programmed for  me ssa ge 
    acces s [633+XX] .

    “Text  Message” Ta b l e.
