If Your TV Fa\fls to Conn\Bect to the Internet
    You\f TV may not be a\fble to connect to \fthe Inte\fnet because you\f IS\fP has pe\fmanently \f\feg-
    iste\fed the MAC add\fess (a unique ident\fifying numbe\f) of yo\fu\f PC o\f modem, whic\fh it then
    authenticates each\f time you connect \fto the Inte\fnet as a way of p\feventing unautho\fiz\fed
    access\b As you\f TV \fhas a diffe\fent MAC add\fess, you\f ISP can n\fot authenticate it\fs MAC ad-
    d\fess, and you\f TV ca\fn not connect\b
    To \fesolve this p\foblem, ask you\f ISP\f about the p\focedu\fes \fequi\fed to connect devic\fes
    othe\f than a PC (su\fch as you\f TV) to t\fhe Inte\fnet\b
    If you\f Inte\fnet se\fvice p\fovide\f \fequi\fes an ID o\f passwo\f\fd to connect to the\f Inte\fnet, you\f
TV may not be able\f to connect to the\f Inte\fnet\b If this is the\f case, you must en\fte\f you\f ID o\f
    passwo\fd when connecting t\fo the Inte\fnet\b
The inte\fnet connection may\f fail because of a \ffi\fewall p\foblem\b If this is t\fhe case, contact
    you\f Inte\fnet se\fvice p\fovide\f\b
If you cannot conne\fct to the Inte\fnet even afte\f you \fhave followed the p\f\focedu\fes of you\f
