10.1 Character entry
The dial keypad is used to enter characters and 
numbers.
–Press {} to move the cursor.
– Press dial keys to enter characters and numbers.
–Press {Back} to erase the character or number 
highlighted by the cursor. Press and hold {Back} to 
erase all characters or numbers.

10.2.2 Using Device Monitor
You can confirm the setting information and current 
status of the unit from your computer.

10.4 Changing the color

If color printing is too dark or too light, change the color 
calibration.

3Lift the handset cradle in the direction indicated by 
the arrow (4) to insert the tab (5), then insert the 
rib (6) by pushing the handset unit toward the unit.
