If copy is OK, your machine has no problem, report to the receiving party that they have a problem. If the Fax Parameter No. 013 (Auto Journal Print) is set to Valid (default setting) and the machine is printing the received document(s) from memory, which also happens to be the 200th transaction, the machine will not auto answer until the Transaction Journal completes printing. If a power failure occurs while scanning a document, the scan is cancele\ d. Rescan the document when power recovers. If a power failure occurs while sending a document from memory\ , the fax or document will be resent immediately upon recovery. Power Failure When power recovers Transmission and transmission data stored in memory is preserved intact. Data preprogrammed or preset in the address book and on program dialing, Function Parameters are preserved through the power failure. While a power failure persists Y ou are sending a fax. The fax transmission is aborted. Resend when power recovers. The fax reception is aborted. Ask the remote party to resend when power recovers. The fax display remains off for the duration of a power failure, and you cannot send or receive documents. Result When a power failure occursY ou are talking to a remote party.
