Dial Tone Disable

Description
The intercom dial tone can be turned off at a phone. Dial tone is turned off 
when a headset is used.
Operation
To disable the intercom dial tone:
1. Press the ON/OFF
 key.
 The phone issues intercom dial tone.
2. Press “#50.”
3. Press the ON/OFF
 key.
To reactivate dial tone:
Repeat the preceding steps.

Do-Not-Disturb (DND)

Description
An extension can be made unavailable by activating Do-Not-Disturb (DND). 
Calls to extensions with DND activated receive busy tone.
Operation
To activate DND:
1.  Lift the handset or press ON/OFF

 If the Auto Flash Redial feature is set, you can flash the outside line once 
by pressing the REDIAL

Message Waiting/Callback Request

Description
If you call an extension that is busy or does not answer, you can leave a 
message requesting a return call.
Operation
To leave a Message Waiting/Callback Request:
1.  Lift the handset. 
2.  Dial the extension number.
3.  Dial “2” at the busy tone or while the telephone is still ringing.
4.  Replace the handset.
