Call Forwarding to a Mailbox You must use the Call Forwarding procedure for your phone system. Enter the NVM-Seriesextension number for the forwarding destina- tion. Please note that Call Forwardingto a Mailboxmay not be avail- able in your phone system. Transfer to a Mailbox 1.Hold call or press Transfer key. 2.Dial NVM-Seriesextension. 3.If you hear the company greeting, dial #, k, extension and release call. OR If you hear: Please enter your security code, dial k, k, extension and release call. nIn NVM-2004 Release 5.0 and earlier, dial 9 before k, k. About Alliance This section provides supplemental information on using NVM-Serieswith Alliance telephone systems. All other features in this guide apply as written. Calling a Subscriber, Guest or Message Center Mailbox 1.Lift handset. 2.Dial #. lIf your mailbox has a security code, you hear: Please enter your security code. 3.Dial your security code. How You Know You Have Messages 1.Simply look at the display. Forwarding Your Calls To Your Mailbox 1.Press FTRkey. 2.Dial 61 to forward all calls. OR Dial 62 to forward busy/no-answer. 3.Dial Voice Mail master extension. 4.Press FTR key. 1.Press FTR key. 2.Dial 61 or 62 (whichever you used). 3.Press FTR key.
