General Description
This feature allows a user to access an outside destination by going off-hook or selecting the HOTLINE-OUTSIDE
[H-1] line/feature key and automatically dialing a SPEED CALLING-SYSTEM [S-3] number.

This data setting describes only the additional or replacement commands used to activate FCCS
